Sponsorship Opportunities

Little Angels is a non profit making organization that is funded this year by Blackburn with Darwen borough, Sure Start, Children's centres and currently employs 17 staff across Blackburn with Darwen and Hyndburn.

Little Angels also has a bank of volunteers who work within the organization. We are a unique project in that we are the first mother to mother peer support programme to be lead by mothers for mothers. We work closely with the health professionals but our directors are all mothers. As such, we are a true peer support programme. We visit all mums that leave the maternity unit and are breastfeeding and continue to support the family for as long as it is needed.

We have some fantastic sponsoring opportunities for businesses that would like to reach mothers within our area. We currently have contact with 3,000 mothers a year and this is increasing as we are expanding into other area.

We have various sponsoring opportunities such as:

Sponsoring an advisor for a year

Sponsoring the running of one of our two drop in centre - one in Blackburn town centre and one in Darwen town centre

Sponsoring our new unique "Breastfeeding Reps" - who will be going to see GPs and give them a new breastfeeding resource pack.

We have opportunities for small or large sponsorships. This is your chance to be involved in a unique project.

In return for your sponsorship you would receive your literature and product being available to at least 3,000 mums and families per year. An excellent advertising opportunity along with the satisfaction of helping present and future generations with the best start in life.
